About Me
I am passionate about community work and have dedicated the past 15 or so years working with vast communities here in South King County and abroad to help overcome barriers to success and build resilience. Right after high school, I took up advocacy work with World Vison international, then moved to working with various other UN agencies before going back to school where I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Central Washington University here in Des Moines, WA. I am a proud mom, love cooking, going for walks and spending time with loved ones.
Why I work at PIE
I love the kind of impact we make in our communities. From finding newly arrived immigrants and refugees jobs, to fighting homeless and empowering the youth.
