About Me
I was born and raised in Afghanistan, and left Afghanistan as young adult due to unpleasant circumstances to Russia. Where I have lived for ten years, learned the language and I owned my own business. I had to immigrate to the USA from Russia to avoid facing the similar circumstances I faced in Afghanistan, though I still had been through lots of mental stress and life threating pressures. I have graduated from a private university in Kabul-Afghanistan holding a bachelor’s degree in business administration. I have been planning to move my career into IT field which I am very passionate about. I love all kinds of food if it is Halal of course, Mountains, natural beauty and a clear sky full of stars.

Why I work at PIE
I’m working for Partner In Employment because I am passionate about helping immigrants navigate the challenges they face when building a new life in a foreign country. I strongly believe that everyone deserves equal opportunities to thrive, regardless of their background or circumstances. The organization’s mission to provide support and resources to immigrants aligns with my own values of inclusion, empathy, and community empowerment. By working here, I feel like I’m making a tangible difference in people’s lives, helping them access essential services such as job training, employment support, and settlement services. Furthermore, the Partner in Employment gives me the chance to contribute to a cause I care deeply about—empowering individuals and families to build a stable and fulfilling future. The work we do, not only helps immigrants achieve self-sufficiency but also fosters a sense of belonging in their new community. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of an organization that creates positive change, promotes diversity, and makes a real impact on the lives of those who need it most. Being involved with the Partner in Employment gives me the opportunity to be a part of something larger than myself and work towards a more equitable and supportive society.
